We are a Canadian company that prides itself on rewarding proven, high quality companies.  We also provide our member’s clients with the knowledge they need to help them make a confident decision when choosing a company to do business with.  As a consumer you do not want to waste money or time on low quality or poor customer service.  You want great results and value from a truthful and caring company. You want to be listened to with respect and have your needs met.



 A business will not be accepted as a long term member with PDR Management unless they pass an application process.  We need to determine if our potential member is operating in a professional manner while also maintaining a high level of customer service.  They must then achieve and maintain a 90% approval rating through multiple reference checks.  PDR Management approved members fghjre53fcarry themselves with pride and are always working hard to improve themselves and their employees. They want to be the best they can be and understand that it all starts with exceptional customer service. What this means for the consumer is that you don’t have to check references from this company.  We have already done the work for you!


There are currently six different levels that a member can work towards with PDR Management. These levels become increasingly more difficult to achieve, and our members must maintain a 90% approval rating throughout the entire process.  If not, they are removed from the program.  If they are able to maintain the high rating, they are awarded a crest depending on the number of references we have surveyed.  If you see one of the crests on a site, it means overall the customers we spoke with were pleased with the service, quality and pricing of the company.
This helps educate you if you are considering doing business with one of our members.  We are not just speaking with one or two references. We are speaking with as many as we can. At PDR Management we believe that successful businesses are those that are obsessed with providing excellent customer service. We will not represent a company that does not strive to continually improve.  Hopefully, we will get to do a survey with you in the future.  If we do, it means that you chose to do business with one of our members.  If
